The forms provided by us, are accepted for recording so long as they conform to all our requirements. Should you have documents for recording that are different and unique, we will gladly review them to see if they are able to be recorded. The decision made by the recording secretary will be final. South African sovereigns and the Recording office reserves the right to not engage with or do business with those who do not meet the requirements for land jurisdiction, and those who do not conduct themselves with integrity and honour. If any one causes harm or loss, or there is misconduct, the recording secretary reserves the right to close an account, or suspend the use of the services for that wo/man.

Any disputes that arise will be handled by arbitration according to common law principles.

 South African sovereigns and the recording Office may amend and change the fees and sweat of labour values for any of our services without prior notice.

South African sovereigns and the Recording Office values, protects and respects your privacy and does not sell your information to any third parties. We trust that any hacking attempts of the information never succeed, and we will do our utmost to prevent such from happening. However in this digital age, these things do happen, of which we are not responsible, and will do every thing we can to remedy the access as quickly as possible.
